Dont upgrade, these are two completly different OS's, built on a totally different architecture. I think you can format 98 off, install win2k with the update version and all you have to do is verify that you have the 98 disc. If you can do that then g ... |

Well first off the 'Cl&ose' thing is like that because the 'O' in close is supposed to be underlined, kind of like the 'F' in File in the IE menu. Why it is showing up like that in the control panel is beyond me. But to see if ... |

Well if you want to restart explorer without logging off and on you can hit ctrl - alt - del and choose the task manager, then file and new task. Browse to X:/winnt/explorer.exe and it will work. Did creating the new account work or same problem, because m ... |

I am using Outlook Express 6 on Win2k. I am trying to get my @msn mail through Outlook because I hate what MS did with Hotmail.com. I also hate the MSN Explorer, I was just wondering if there was a way to get it through Outlook Express. |

Is there a way you can get your MSN mail through Outlook Express? I have read a bunch of articles on it and none seem to work, I already have MSN working through dial up net and would just like to not use the *new* hotmail look. |

First off, never trust MS when they say permanent deletion. If you want a good tool that will permanetly delete your files go here...http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/system/shred.htm . That thing works good. |
